If you want to only print out a specific page of THE NANNY TOOLBOX™, make sure that you have clicked your cursor onto any part of the page you wish to print. Then, under the FILE menu select the PRINT option. A box will appear with all of the available print options. Under the PRINT RANGE heading, click the option to print the CURRENT PAGE. You can also print multiple copies of any page by entering the number of copies you wish to print in the COPIES field located under the PAGE HANDLING heading. Once you are satisfied that you have selected the print options you want, click OK to print.

When you go to the SHOP area of our website, you will see that you can choose from three versions of THE NANNY TOOLBOX™. Make your selection of the version that you wish to purchase by clicking on that item. If you choose to purchase either the CD-version of THE NANNY TOOLBOX™, or THE NANNY TOOLBOX™ binder PLUS CD-version, you will be prompted to provide shipping information with your order.
Once confirmation of your order has been received, your binder and/or CD will be shipped to you within 3 business days. A flat charge (as below) will automatically be added to your invoice for shipping. All shipments of the CD will be sent first class mail or parcel service. Shipments of the Binder +CD-version will be sent by courier service.

Yes. Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST on their purchase. Customers who are also residents of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador, or orders with shipping residents in any of these provinces will be charged 13% HST. Residents of Ontario and/or orders with shipping addresses in Ontario will also be charged 8% PST in addition to 5% GST.
Yes! THE NANNY TOOLBOX™ is a digital file and can easily be downloaded to your computer no matter where you live. As noted above, please be aware that all prices on this website are in US funds.
If you want to purchase either the binder or the CD-version of THE NANNY TOOLBOX™, shipping charges will apply. US residents will be charged a flat shipping fee of $3.00 for the CD or $16.00 for the binder. All charges are in US funds. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship the CD or the binder to residents outside of Canada or the USA at this time.
